Time
As I sit behind my desk and look out the window I feel like time is just passing away without me. The wind blows, the leaves fly and the horses sleep. It all seems so quiet as I watch time passing by. Not being able to enjoy it or partake in it, it's just passing me by. It is a funny think how life will go on with or without you.
Photo's taken by me.

Dragons
I was searching the internet for pictures of dragons. I was doing this because I had this great idea for our Friesian club Halloween costume party. My gelding Joska snorts and blows out just like a dragon when he is worked up or scared. I decided he would be a dragon and I would be a pixie as this is how my friends refer to me. Here is what I came up with. BTW we won best costume and it was so much fun to paint my horse. Wonder what we will be next year?!

About me
I was born in Louisiana, one of five kids and moved to Texas in my early teens. I've always had a very creative imagination and could entertain myself easily. Large boxes were one of the best toys in the world when I was a kid. We would make houses, cars or buses and play with them till the rain came and ruined them. Rain was a great thing to play in too. I have always loved nature and respected it. I adore animals and baby anything. I love little things. I'm kind of a Jack of all trades master of none. I am fascinated with the way the Indians related, relied and worked with the earth and all it's elements. The Amish have aways interested me too. I also LOVE Medieval and Renaissance times. The clothes, history, the castles. ;0) I love fantasy stuff like dragons, fairies, wizards and such. I adore my husband and kids and love spending time with them. My passion for now is my Friesian horses and researching the bloodlines for breeding and coming up with a horse I can be proud of. I enjoy traveling and look forward to seeing more of the world.
Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
